Copper Canyon boasts an intimate casual dining experience, featuring a menu of
Contemporary American cuisine. This new restaurant offers a relaxing and
family-friendly environment with simple yet elegant décor.
Copper Canyon is open 7 days a week from 6.30 am – 2 pm and 5 pm – 10 pm (open
Saturdays until 11pm).
Restaurant Manager, Jan Weller, and Executive Chef, Sebastian Lizarzaburu, are
confident that patrons will be delighted by their quick and courteous
service—but more importantly the oh-so-delectable menu! Chef Sebastian’s
culinary team uses the finest regional ingredients. Unique for any occasion,
Copper Canyon embraces its local roots by using organic and local products.
Our breakfast menu features delicious items like fruit & yogurt parfaits with
fresh granola, made-to-order omelets, crunchy French toast and all-American
flapjacks.
A convenient lunch option for people on the go, Copper Canyon offers the Express
Lunch, a 3-course meal guaranteed to be delivered to the table in 10 minutes
or less!
For dinner Copper Canyon features signature entrees such as Braised Veal Osso
Buco served with Braising Jus, Baby Potatoes and Multi-Colored Carrots. Or, for
those who love meat & potatoes, try our delicious Lamb Shank, slow roasted and
served with parsnip potatoes and a lemon parsley relish. |
